Diversity Pipeline Alliance

The Diversity Pipeline Alliance (the "Pipeline") is a network of national organizations that share the common goal of preparing students and professionals of color for leadership and management in the 21st century workforce. The Diversity Pipeline Alliance takes its name from the "pipeline" that carries potential management students from success in middle school through college, the MBA, and successful careers and leaders in today's business world. Its mission is to foster collaboration among the nonprofit, educational, and business communities to prepare students and professionals of color for success in today's business environment.
